Dante has never worked as a prosecutor and never will. He has experience defending persons charged with white collar crimes, federal and state drug charges, federal and state sex crime charges, and a wide variety of intoxication offenses. Dante also has experience in post-conviction proceedings and has worked to overturn multiple convictions. He has argued for his clients before state and federal appellate courts.
When not working, Dante spends time with his family and enjoys long distance running. Prior to his legal career he was a stage actor in Austin, Texas. He graduated from St. Mary's School of Law (2014) and Texas State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (2005) and Masters in Legal Studies (2011).

Charleen is a 22-year retired Air Force Veteran with a passion for Criminal Law. She has advanced legal research and writing experience. Her organizational skills, advanced communication abilities, and attention to detail are critical to our firm’s success. Charleen is also a Certified Alternative Dispute Resolution Mediator and a Commissioned Notary Public.
When not working, Charleen spends time with her family and enjoys watching sports. Prior to her legal career she was a Licensed Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Counselor. She completed her undergraduate degree in Healthcare Management (2014) Summa Cum Laude.
Charleen obtained her Masters in Legal Studies and Paralegal Certification from Texas State University (2022).
